On the ground floor of the complex there is a leisure area of circa 200 square metres, available for the exclusive guests use, including a swimming pool (11m by 5.5m) and a childrens' play area. Other facilities available are fitness, WC, shower cubicles as well as a restaurant and cocktail bar. The restaurant offers a full a la carte menu as well as many Dalmatian specialities to order. All Villa apartments are fully air conditioned, with satellite TV and Internet access. All kitchens are equiped with a fridge, 50 litre capacity freezer and electric cooker with oven.
